		<description>This is really just politicking. No intelligent economist (which Harper is) believes "unfettered" capitalism is the cause of anything other than the general public. Anyone who's done any economic research understands that while business cycles are a natural part of a free market, and recessions do occur, the cause of *serious* economic problems is always the side-effects of interventionism.</description>
