		<description>While they may have had a purpose 100 years ago, unions today are bloated useless ineefective organizations that now share many of the characteristics that they were designed to fight against - particularly the use of intimidation tactics to control individual workers.  Unions have long since abandoned their fight for the interests of employees, and are now concerned only with justifying their own existence by manufacturing issues.</description>
